These judges are full blown hypocrits.
The civil jury trial is all but extinct. judges routinly clear off their dockets by enforcing binding arbitration clauses and jury trial waivers.
In addition federal judges are notorious for creating near impossible trial schedules.
In addition in the criminal arena federal judges allow DOJ ambushing because most federal judges come from the DOJ.
perhaps if they actually worked or had worked they would get or even understand. For example Judge A and Judge B want their case done and finished yesterday but the lawyers representing those very real people have jduge a, b, c, d, e all asking/demanding the same dates and times.

Also, lifetime appointments for federal judges was a mistake. Where is the accountability?

On the state front, the judges who were booted for their homosexual based marriage edict are going around the country pissing and moaning in favor of merit retention in an effort to push “judicial independence”. All they have done is remind everyone why they were booted.

sounds like they are getting ready to scrap the “Congress has power of the purse” clause and issue an order to the Executive Branch to pay their bills.
THis is a nonissue. They already can pick the money in the lifetime sallaries of their elders. If they are so much for Euthanasia and taxing the old or inheritors, they can start with their own.
I can think of 4 SCOTUS judges whom I’d like to see laid off to save salary expenses.
No problem in liberal states.
Just take the liberal position and render judgement.
