The Marshall Space Flight Center is in Alabama. This was Wernher Von Braun's facility which built the Saturn rocket.
Yankees are amazed at what a world-class city Huntsville has become in such a short time. It wasn't too many decades ago that nearby Decatur was the dominant city and "Huntspatch" was just a town.
