Of course it’s ‘by design’. The Obama Leftists figure if they can’t get single-payer right now, they’ll just destroy the system we have currently and the only choice will then be government-run healthcare. All calculated and planned.

I hope you are right but I have my doubts. 50% of the people are now net tax receivers and they won't want to take a cut. Plus the GOP field absolutely sucks.
