Everyone (but the most disciplined) is open to the idea of a scapegoat for their problems...it eliminates the need to change and improve. It is perfect for easy-going Hawaiian tokers like Obama.
Ultimately, that's what this "hate whitey" thing is all about.

Not really! The slack will be picked by entrepreneurs and the self-employed.
AA will cripple productivity among large companies and academia and government institutions...creating a vacuum of opportunity for someone else.

Wow. Sowell says things few others will say.
Giving someone what they don’t deserve, and pretending that they do deserve it, only harms the person’s self-image. And everyone is aware of the charade. As Sowell points out, it causes rage and resentment to rise within the recipient.
Equal opportunity is a good thing. Equal outcome should never be a condition. Let a person succeed based upon his/her own merits.
