I’ve been rebuilding the fan hub and the radiator on the tan Pete and the winds been blowing so hard from Bendarville, I actually tied the hood open so it didn’t blow the 1700 lb hood closed on me!

Must be for one of the 50% of the seats where you cannot see a damned thing. I detest this track unless I am watching it on TV. Three of us walked out after 20 laps the last time I was there as all I could do is hear the cars. I wrote the track and Zero, Zip Nada was all I heard from them.

Satellite reception was spotty from time to time. I'm sure it help water tables and lake levels tho...

Yep, too dictatorial. Common sense was disregarded. The previous inspections, time lines, etc. was thrown out the window for justice, NASCAR style. It’ll take them a few days to wipe the egg off their faces. So the question is - will NASCAR back off or have an even bigger hard— for the 48 team... I’m guessing they won’t back off.

By saying what he did “in the clear” on the radio at ‘dega, (and don't think for a minute he was unaware that NASCAR was listening) he threw them the verbal “bird”. France must have been apoplectic. (heh-heh)
I wonder if NASCAR and/or the networks are gonna censor ALL radio transmissions before they hit the broadcasts now. Remember the D Patrick crash at Daytona? The one in the Nationwide race, not the others. The FIRST “in car camera” clip had the radio xmission muted...you could ONLY hear the engine, tires, crunching metal etc. In SUBSEQUENT re-plays of that clip, the radio xmission could be heard....with many, many BLEEPS. Things that make you go....Hmmmmmmmm
