If I were a head of state meeting Obozo, I'd make darn sure my 'people' told his 'people' ahead of time that I didn't want him to put his hands on me, other than a handshake. Obama has this smarmy way of touching the upper arm with his left hand, or --- as here --- putting his hand on the back of someone. It looks to me like a psychological method of him trying to exhibit dominance over the other person.

“”I’m knocked out!” Weinstein said.”

Well, I’m sure anyone would make a stupid statement like that if your brains leaked on the floor and you stepped on them.

If the clown Weinstein were around in Germany in 1936, I’m sure he would’ve insisted to his fellow Jews that Hitler was a person we could work with.

Ooooooh Mooooochelle...bad choice.

The off-the-shoulder style is NOT your friend.

It makes your back look like a linebacker's, your shoulders to slope like a buff masculine man's do (like John Thune's,) your arms to look even longer (if possible) from the front AND from the back, and your posture to look like you completely flunked White Gloves and Party Manners...or that you just don't have a clue as to how to (basically) hold yourself.

And the necklace...those overpowering bulbous casual bubblegum BAUBLES...seriously?

Are you now taking fashion cues from EUNICE? I'm telling Mama! ;-)

Meow an no offense to Marchesa.

I think Michelle’s dress is very pretty, but, and I don’t mean to sound catty here, she could really have used a Spanx undergarment to hold in her stomach, and smooth out the rear, where her, ahem, cheeks are showing.

I don’t care for the gown. First of all, the color isn’t flattering to her skin tone. While the bodice is decently designed (would look a lot better if she maintained better posture), the skirt is too clingy, too tight looking. The fabric pulls across her lower abdomen and even the back shot, shows too much gluteal fleshiness. Obviously the beads are gawd-awful...looks like they were purchased at Target in the jewelry clearance section.

The British PM’s wife doesn’t look nice either. Oscar de la Renta must be shaking his head in horror these days.

All those beads on her neck remind me of Mardi Gras!

>>>Michelle Obama wears Marchesa to state dinner<<<

0b0z0 loves it because he was told Marchesa is a celebration of March Madness. A dress complete with brackets.

Did she take every last necklace from her daughters’ play jewelry? And the lack of boob support is ridiculous. Victoria may have a secret but Michelle lets her secret sag out for everyone to see.

He always has the air of a clumsy poseur in everything he does. Like a guy trying to cram after skipping class all semester long.

And she ruined it with that contraption around her neck, the slouching and the too tight fit at her rump.

The designer of mooochelle’s dress, Georgina Chapman, wife of movie mogul Harvey Weinstein, were both at the dinner. Isn't he THE Weinstein who turned down oboma’s request to make a move of The One? Apparently Mrs. Weinstein/Chapman had no idea the mooch would be wearing one of her designs.

How those two in Our White House pander to those who can give them what they want. Interesting to see if Harvey changes his mind and decides to do the movie, after the obozo’s big play to please him.

For goodness’ sake, I wish that woman would stand up straight! The slouching does her no favors. I think she does it because she’s taller than Barry, and doesn’t want to make that obvious. And those necklaces . . . I think she imagines she has an “African” look going on.

Honestly, her stylists must really hate her.

Not a bad-looking dress. It isn't a florescent horror, so she got the color right.

I don't understand the chunky necklace theory or the diagonal sleeves. They make her look broader. The biggest problems are the permanent slouch and the sour-puss glower she ALWAYS has at State functions.

You'd think a college grad would understand the phrase "Put on your happy face".

If she was Nancy Reagan the first question would be how much does it cost?

The second would be, if she didn’t buy it herself, why isn’t she in jail if she’s taking such expensive gifts because of her position in the government?

If she bought it herself, the next question would be, where would she get the money to buy a gown like that on the president’s salary?

Michelle Obama is a tall, woman with hips, she has a clothes addiction, and has spared no expense in dressing herself in the finest designers, and garments fit for a Queen. All people have somewhat careless posture and get caught with our mouth open, or eyes shut or other unattractive angles in photos.

It is costing America a fortune to dress her. It ill becomes us to run down these expensive garments. It is unbecoming behavior to spend so much of the taxpayers money on trips, and clothing. However it is poor behavior on our part to castigate her for her appearance. We are what we are and few can truly change that truth. In my opinion ... it is “get what you can while you can”, that her actions show to be how she thinks. MO
