This so called “judge” needs to be arrested, indicted, tried and locked up where he belongs.

Rulings like this need to be simply defied. Let the judge send in marshalls to shut the school down....

If I were a parent in that district, I would demand that they pull every damn computer in that school. Let the teachers use their minds to instruct the children, instead of just plugging them into a machine.
Either that or just cut off all internet access. Not a half bad idea in any case.

Ridiculous- No porn of any kind should be shown or
obtained during school. The whole world is going insane.
Now I am going to read the thread about a Planned Parenthood
exec exposing himself in the park-WTH?

Why do students need access to LBGT websites? Aren’t they there to learn the 3 R’s?

This so called judge needs to be arrested, indicted, tried and locked up where he belongs.Way too much of an investment when there is one simple solution.

Only over my dead body will any child of mine EVER set foot, for any reason, inside a public school. IMHO anyone who sends their most precious possession to a public school is guilty of child abuse. When I went to public school the worst that could be said was that the teachers were lazy and uninvolved. Now it is all about some variation of perversion. Why can’t we allow children to be children?

Are they going to hand over their children to perversion based on a threat from a federal judge?

I say bring back books.
Disconnect the internet, while it’s appealed.
Just pull the plug, and explain why.

and Obama’s judges will haunt America for generations! Senate Republicans are idiots for allowing more of Obama’s liberal judges to be confirmed.

You’re right.
It’s how liberals take over schools and unions, and television stations, and newspapers.
While we’re out trying to do the right thing.
They’re taking over. They don’t want to do the right thing, they want power.
Yet we just keep trying to do the right thing.
It’s like trying to use logic with a mugger.

The ACLUs website claims that schools cannot block LGBT sites claiming that to do so is a violation of the First Amendment. Programs that block all LGBT content violate First Amendment rights to free speech, as well as the Equal Access Act, which requires equal access to school resources for all extracurricular clubs, including gay-straight alliances and LGBT support groups. BUT BUT BUT, how can this be?
They said that homosexuality was about consenting ADULTS in PRIVATE, not minors in public schools.
