On the site with the flag it says they've gotten many threats. They say what they are doing is not illegal. And then they have that quote, I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.

First problem is, they aren't saying anything they are defacing the American flag. Secondly, maybe it is their right, just like burning the flag is a right. But, IS it right? I'd say no, and I'm sure they know it's the wrong thing to do.

First time I saw it, it made my stomach roll. I also think it's one thing for a private citizens to fly this flag. Although I wouldn't think it would be very healthy thing to do ;) And secondly for a democrat party headquarters to fly it, is sickening and disturbing on so many levels.
