Sure. And I think that any executive order that goes beyond the scope of executive branch function as outlined in the Constitution is, in and of itself, a usurpation of the Constitution.

An Executive Order is just that, an Executive Order.It has the effect of law only if it is allowed. If Congress wishes, they can override it or nullify it. But since we are now under the Constitution only figuratively, that point is moot.

At one point in time, I believed that the Republican Party lacked the political guts to oppose either the Democrat Party or obama. I no longer believe that. I now believe that they are a co-conspirator with the Democrat Party and obama to destroy the Constitutional Republic of the United States and turn it into a Socialists paradise- for them[the ruling elite].
