The whole worlds population will decline, except for a few countries in the next twenty years,

LOL. I suggest you get better informed about the global population. According to current projections, the global population will reach eight billion by 2025–2030, and will likely reach around nine billion by 2045–2050. Alternative scenarios for 2050 range from a low of 7.4 billion to a high of more than 10.6 billion.

The US population will increase by 130 million over the next 40 years. Since 2000, the US population increased 32 million or about the current population of Canada. We have added over 110 million since 1970.

Only if we keep letting illegal in, now read up on the number of baby boomers from after wwII that are leaving shortly.
