Two hundred and fifty pounds doesn’t sound all that “prime”.

It wouldn't since one’s prime of life denotes an age, not a weight. A 28 year old is fully mature and has yet to experience any age related decline. A 110 pound weight advantage is significant which is why combative sports have weigh classes. 250 pounds is the average weight of an NFL player.

That depends entirely on his height, bone structure and muscularity. I am NOT in my prime, in fact I am about to turn 68 but I am six four and weigh around 255 without clothing weight, I am in very good condition and if I drop down to 240 people will start asking me again how I stay so “skinny”. AT 220 I look like a stick. I have relatively short legs, a long torso and a naturally large chest and head, it all makes a difference.
