In 2007 some were minted without the motto by mistake and were released into the wild. I believe, if this is one of those, you might have a winner. If newer, ignore this message.
It was not mistake, it was deceitfully purposeful. They only decided it was a mistake after the people became outraged, then it was a mistake.
I once found a quarter that said “in God we rust” quite a few were released befor the mistake was found...those that were released are now collector coins...I gave mine to one of my son’s that has collected coins for decades...such coinage happens at the mint, coins double struct etc. One of the state quarters (don’t remember which) has a 3 legged bison (or some other animal) on it...now also a collectors coin...
