I had earlier today observed that this would, in effect, rule on the ROLE OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT overall, in mandating what cars we can drive (ObamaMotors), what food we can eat (Moochelle's anti-choice food debacle, where food rots because kids won't eat it), Regulatory mandates that Consumers are forced to pay for, etc., etc.

Does ANYONE seriously think the USSC (packed now with Liberal Activists) is going to rule for The People, as opposed to for the Progressive Agenda?

You touched on what our Framers corrected with our Constitution. Courts in colonial America were King’s Courts. The judges served at the pleasure of the King. They protected the prerogatives of the sovereign, the King.

With revolution, we the people became the sovereign. Our independent judiciary is supposed to protect our interests as expressed in the document they swore allegiance to.

Instead, our Judges do what the King’s judges did 240 years ago. Protect and advance the interests of the Executive/King/President.

With Scalia, Roberts, Alito, Kennedy — I hardly think you have a liberal panel.

What makes you say that?

These are very much staunch believers in God’s laws as well as the Constitution of the United States.
