Thanks for the info. From your link:

“2.3 Mental Competency
The recipient must be mentally competent.
Note: If a judicial court orders a sterilization for a recipient who is a ward of the county, and is mentally incompetent, Medicaid is not responsible for the reimbursement of the sterilization.
2.4 Undocumented Aliens
Undocumented aliens are eligible for Medicaid emergency services only. Sterilization procedures are not considered an emergency service. Therefore, undocumented aliens are not eligible for sterilization procedures.”
*****************************************************
Wow, Medicaid won’t cover sterilization of the “mentally incompetent” or “undocumented aliens”. Wouldn’t want to hinder the reproduction of prime Democratic voters, would we?

Healthy College Coed (potential future Republican voter once she “wakes up” and unlearns her college indoctrination) however—”how soon can we schedule your procedure young lady?”

Well hey if the leftists now have the government classifying birth control as preventive care, it only makes sense that they would throw in sterilization as well. This article makes me sick.

oh, they’ll change (or try) medicaid. Hopefully they’re all gone in 10 months, together with every last aspect of Obamacare.

If we're going to promote sterilization, then let's experiment with the Ivy League schools first. Make sterilization MANDATORY for all male and female students, professors, administrators, and staff at these schools beginning 1 January 2014. All school personnel and attendees must produce proof of sterilization by that date or loose all federal funding. Those objecting to getting “fixed” can go elsewhere. Reason for mandatory sterilization: pregnancy is a disease that has to be stamped out and sterilization is a sure way to accomplish it. There is a side benefit of unlimited sex and orgasms for a lifetime without fear of reproducing!

If the Donkeys want to emulate the Eugenics Movement, Margret Sanger, and National Socialist population planning, apply it to the Ivy League Schools first. Make it MANDATORY and see how they scream and squirm about their “reproductive rights” then.

[Ivy League colleges: Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Penn, Princeton and Yale.]

Free sterilization for addicted mothers to avoid babies that cost too much. Did they mention you have no choice?

No, the addicted mothers will not be eligible for sterilization. See #40 and #41. It's the middle-class girls they want to sterilize.

To the Elites, middle-class = competition = bad, underclass = servants = good.
