Just got back from morning walk. Humidity is high and now my skin is sticky. Cooling off and getting ready to call the bank for help. They just upgraded their website and now it’s not recognizing my information. Not happy.

Had a withering PT session last night- new exercises introduced and higher levels on existing ones. My legs feel like lead this morning. :)

Well, we got some 1-2 inch rains across part of SW OK. They’ve had some flash flooding over in Eastern OK. More is in the forecast for today.

I’m doing okay. Saw the lightning in the distance on the way to work this morning. But not raining when I came in. Short shower earlier.

I go in for initial consult tomorrow for 8 weeks of PT. I however hope that it won’t be as bad as you’re having it. If so, I’ll quit and do my own at home. Not going to let them make me hurt more than I already do.
