FR has a long standing-policy of a hands-off approach to personal comments posted about the children of politicians. Too bad the Obamas will use their kids as political props when they see fit while simulataneously demanding privacy for them.
But FR will still adhere to our own standards even if the Obamas cannot and will not do so consistently.
Well said!
It is completely appropriate to maintain a hands off policy on Obama’s kids. Nevertheless, the adjunct story— the cost associated with the necessity of sending 25 agents for protection— in a time of belt-tightening for most Americans, is, in fact, newsworthy.

Thank You!
How does a public forum operate in an age when the occupants of the WH are nothing less than leeches , ideologically-driven control freaks, corrupt beyond comparison by historical standards and have no discernible standards themselves?
Vey carefully. 8-]
Good job. In due time, God willing, the WH will have patriots back as the occupants, and the Obama children will mature, hopefully beyond their parents levels of tolerance and guile.

There is no Eric Holder batphone to the mod lounge tell us what to do, we had this standard back in the Clinton Admin years with posts about Chelsea.”
Thank you.
Could you consider posting this to the other two threads in which this subject is being discussed. The allegations being made by some that FR is somehow caving in to pressure need to be clarified for the benefit of those who aren't aware that this has been policy back to Chelsea Clinton's days in the White House.
