Who perpetrated the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001 – a group of men merely fighting “for a cause,” or a band of radical Muslims bent on violent jihad? According to a new, comprehensive study of 6th-12th grade textbooks used by schools across the country, America’s children are being taught a very different answer to that question than many alive to witness 9/11 remember. The book didn't have to change to keep the facts from getting to the students.

The PC NEA approved lesson plans have already erased any factuality. To add insult to injury, the idioic "thruther" crap is on the internet to fill the void.

Folks stuff like this is a disaster. A republic cannot survive without educating our children in the truth. Something must be done to stop this crap

Ahab the Arab’s rich relatives (can you say Saudi Royal Family”, boys & girls) purchased 25% of American textbook publishers stock.

Who spends the gold, gives the orders.

The academented sell out cheap, too, ‘cause treason is near and dear to their hearts.

They started rewriting history in this country in the early 1900’s. All public school texts should be burned and we should bring back the McGuffey Readers where Classical history and the Bible were the main items learned by school children-—when we were a “Christian” nation-—up until Dewey destroyed the curricula along with the Communists like Dr. Harold Rugg and Dr. Count.

Our children have not been “educated” since before Dewey and Jimmy Carter created DOE and “certification” so their destruction of children’s mind could seep into every corner of America. Communists infiltrated policy making areas by the 1930’s to “reeducate” and condition Americans into their way of thinking. Worldview is learned. We need to take education BACK—out of the hands of the atheist/progressive/pagan/marxists. Their worldview is bankrupt and destroys civil society.

Horror story - like watching a train wreck in the making and being unable to do anything about it.

America, sadly, is in the process of committing national suicide.

When I wrote "48 Liberal Lies About American History" back in 2008, and was on Fox every week to discuss a different lie, I had ONLY looked at college and upper high school books. The most common question I got when doing talks was "What book do you suggest for lower levels? What errors have you found in books for lower grades?"

So it looks like someone is taking this on.

Agreed

Ignorance of our Republic and its founding principles is a slow death sentence for all of us
