Supposing this is all true...EXACTLY WHO is able to do SPECIFICALLY WHAT about the situation? What is to be done and by whom?
I believe the Sheriff can cause a grand jury to be convened and such court can remove Obama from the 2012 ballot pending the outcome of the criminal case.
If the courts in AZ remove Obama from the ballot, surely other states will follow suit. This would force Obama and the DNC into court to defend himself against all the evidence.
