The guy in Florida stalks the teen walking through the neighborhood before he shoots and kills him. No charges...so far and probably won’t be. The homeowner shoots a perceived while he’s in his own house and the DA is deciding whether to press charges. Doesn’t Nevada have a Castle Doctrine like the other states? Something isn’t right in this story.

This reminds me of the movie Airplane. Considering the shooting of Trayvon Martin in Florida, it looks like this guy picked the wrong day to kill an intruder in his back yard.

Just wait until “Reverends” Al & Jesse get involved. by the time they get the civil rights industry reved up, the guy will be charged with murder, violation of the “teenager's” civil rights, a hate crime and probably spitting on the sidewalk. I have a feeling it is going to get a lot worse in the next few years.
