Where you there? There was an investigation conducted, the DA’s office opined that it was a justifiable shooting of self-defense. Otherwise an arrest would have been made, a grand jury conducted and a true bill or not bill issued. “Indicted or Not Indicted.”

The perps side of the house, are unhappy the D.A.’s decision,so therefore the fanfare of racial unrest and turmoil of unacceptable justice begins.

One should never trespass through a gated community and further more, attack and armed law abiding citizen.

Mr Zimmerman, had every right in the world to follow this individual in his gated community. This is called crime prevention surveillance.

Unfortunately, the perp was shot as a consequence of his actions. One does not beat on an armed CCW citizen and expect to be rewarded.

Remember the perp brought all this on himself and had he “obeyed the law of not trespassing” this incident would not have occurred.

Treyvon is the one who placed himself in the situation and paid the piper for his disrespect for the law.

This is reality my friend and whether you agree or not that is the law. P.S. I thought in America Mr Zimmerman was “innocent till proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt??”

Trayvon Martin was not trespassing. Both Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman were legally where they had a right to be.

Trayvon was a stranger to the gated community, but he was invited there by his father who was staying with his girlfriend in the community.

“There was an investigation conducted, the DA’s office opined that it was a justifiable shooting of self-defense.”

Anyone know the name and politics of this DA? It’s possible that he’s a liberal that blamed the Stand Your Ground Law for his inaction on purpose, to create an issue and get the law changed.
