If it's too far from the power grid for electric company hookup but you're still interested in building it, let me know. I can send a few links to take a few years off of your studies (extensive energy and agricultural information needed). Find out about every possible encumbrance, HOA consideration (if any), local regulation any water table information (if no existing well) and local water rights regulation before buying. And if you don't already know, much of Wyoming is extremely cold and windy.
Generally, though, Wyoming is generally not as regulated-up as most of the West (counties on high elevations of the Rockies being the worst).
