CNN) - Social media is fueling a rush of publicity and activism around demands for justice in the killing of Trayvon Martin, an unarmed black teenager shot last month by a white self-proclaimed neighborhood watchman in Florida. Local police have declined to arrest the watchman, George Zimmerman.
There are more than 50 petitions at Change.org related to Trayvon Martin, according to the activism website's Communications Director, Brianna Cayo-Cotter. She said the cause is shaping up to be one of the most popular ever hosted on the site. ....
Another popular petition, on the civic action site SignOn.org, had more than 290,000 signatures by 6 p.m. EST on Tuesday. “Justice for Trayvon Martin,” posted March 17 by Bowie, Md. resident Maria Roach, asks U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate the case.
Roach, a documentary filmmaker, said she was moved to create her petition out of empathy for Martin and his family, but also because she felt his death wasn’t getting enough attention from prosecutors or national media at the time.
"We looked at the pictures of him (Martin) and he looks like our 7-year-old in ten years. I looked at it and tears welled in my eyes," said Roach. "I pray that the outcome will be justice – justice that the family will take comfort in."
She used her Twitter and Facebook accounts to spread the word about the petition, sending links to actors like Pam Grier and Tichina Arnold, prominent pastors and civil rights leaders. Progressive activist group MoveOn.org contacted her and asked if they could send links to the petition to their members – "that's when it really exploded," Roach said. Later this week she’ll be delivering the petition and its signatures to Holder's office.

They are using the same book the Nazis used for Kristallnacht.....some low level emissary is gunned down in Paris by a Jew, and that’s all they needed to send the German people into a frenzy by using the media.
Sure seems like vigilantes to me. What will the government do if the mob just grabs a rope and goes after him? This government will probably build the scaffold as long as it is a politically correct lynching.

The biased PC-mentality media is showing pictures of the black guy when he was a child, about 11, to garner sympathy. Reality is that he was a 6'3 punk. They also don't report that he overpowered the hispanic 5'2 Zimmerman guy and was beating him senseless.
When police interviewed Zimmerman, they took note of the bloody back of his head (requiring stitches), grass stains on his back (from being held down on the ground as the black punk was on top of him), and the trauma on his face from the beating. If you're put in that situation you have to worry about losing consciousness and perhaps being killed - I would have shot the black punk too.
When a young college girl (handlers said she was 23 ) , who had publicly expressed how very much she enjoyed sex, needed comforting, Obama called in minutes.

It is great that these losers can use Facebook and Twitter; can they speak or read English?
I wondered how employers were coping with having so many staffers out for the “Million Hoodie March” up here in NY...oh, never mind.
Pretending to be inconsolable over the death of Whitney Houston.
Zimmerman was screaming for help while being beaten. Many of the local residents heard his screams and called 911. No one came and Martin got shot. Martin was suspended from school in Miami, that is why he was near Orlando. I read his FB page and it is full of garbage, he was no innocent young man, if he was a good guy he would still be alive today.
On invite the DOJ has had the case since Monday.

The handlers obviously have dsylexia - more like 32! Obama too, when reading teleprompters - he seems to mix up enemies versus friends, blacks and whites, manliness and being a weenie... Obama won't call.
I am heading out to Sanford to see the Rev Al show. Sad thing is that I am going to have my daughter drop me off because my car isn’t safe in Sanford in the evening. Bringing my camera so I will have a citizen report.

What’s disturbing is the media using a pic of Chaz Bono for Zimmerman.
