See the video at source, very informative. It will be hard for Romney to wiggle out of this. What a sleek salesman!

Mitt Romney can take a hike. I don’t even consider him an option. The MA liberal should go back home and leave the rest of us alone.

With that remark, the communications director may have just “reset” the primary possibilities. He could hardly have chosen a more perfect image to depict the very reason so many conservatives feel great uneasiness with Romney as the possible nominee. Sometimes these people accidentally speak the truth.

This makes me wonder if Eric Fehrnstron didn't get this metaphor directly from Mitt and his discussions with staff.

Staff doesn't invent this stuff at this point in the campaign. Mitt is the leader...he is the guy telling his staff what the strategy is...and from all I hear, Mitt is a very top down guy!

I believe the only reason that Romney is even still in this thing is because 1. the Republican elite and 2. His money machine.

His advisors are incompetent dumbasses. The campaign they are running is a mess. He doesn’t connect with voters and he’s all over the place. He talks doublespeak and contradiction and no one really believes a word that comes out of his mouth.

The guy had one thing right I think...they need a do-over once the nomination is finally sealed up (if it is) because if they keep going like this they will look like idiots up against Obama and his billion dollars.

We will not vote for any ticket with Romney on it.

Even Obama is more honest than Romney, and
Obama is an out and out liar.

And it really makes you doubt and wonder about his sincerity.

Having lived in MA, I have absolutely no doubts regarding Romney's sincerity. That is why I have said for two years on this site that I would not under any circumstances vote for Mitt. He's simply a slower version of Obama, a big government liberal who doesn't hate America the way Obama does but still wants to take all possible control over our money and our lives. No, thank you.

We're witnessing the destruction of the Republican party, why, because it has abandoned conservatives. And, we may be witnessing the birth of a third party (TEA) where folks who want individual freedom to trump statism will go instead.

But at this time? Nature doesn't care- birth just happens when it does. I know who I'd like to see lead it but she'd have to pick a running mate palatable to the masses to avoid a still-born party. Doable? Yes. Easy, no. It never is.

Offering McCain II to combat Obama just doesn't offer much promise. I don't want to 'best' this marxist, I want to beat him and his ilk into the ground. I want the entire media to get a bloody nose for all the crap they piled on the Palin family. I want revenge for the many things they've done in the last three + years.

Most of all, I want my grandchildren to know that I didn't go down without a fight against those who are already spending their future. McRomneyDole just doesn't feel like a winner.
