Blacks feel inferior because the highest cause of death of young blacks is murder BY OTHER BLACKS.
They fear if the white community knew how violent and horrible blacks were with each other we would stop feeling white guilt. Lots of benefits come from liberal elites feeling ‘guilty’. Then again, liberal elites stay in power when black anger is directed at middle class whites.
