OK from what you wrote, it looks like the witness first saw that zimmerman was being pummeled by trayvon, then by the time the witness got upstairs and looked out again, Zimmerman had turned the tables on his attacker.
Looks like justified self defense to me.
I heard a report on TV that Martin’s father, after hearing the recording of the screaming on the cell phone, said that the person screaming was NOT his son.
Apparently it was Zimmerman, the guy on the bottom, the guy on the grass, who was screaming.
A) diversionary tactic from something threatening the powers-that-be.
B) a trap/trigger for unrest to allow the powers-that-be to squeeze the ‘outlying provinces’ further.
C) all of the above.
I haven’t been following all the threads to see comments referred to in post 33, so I hope we all keep the discussion civil.

Your point is? Lots of witnesses want to remain anonymous and I wouldn’t blame him one bit especially when we have a psychopath as a president who is trying to start a race war and saying “ If he had a son he would like like Trayvon”. What kind of president would ever say that? he is truly demented.

Trayvon was suspended from school for 10 days. The father immediately got him out of town. The father claims he was suspended for being in an “unauthorized area of the school”- but refuses to elaborate. Was Trayvon caught stealing? Was his father trying to get him away from a “bad crowd”. Was Trayvon a good kid going bad? Has anyone checked the timeline of why he was going to the store. Wasn’t it supposedly at half time. Is it possible Trayvon was casing the neighborhood?
Looking at the foolishness going on in Florida I don’t blame the witness one bit for wanting to remain anonymous.
“The guy on the bottom who had a red sweater on was yelling to me: ‘help, help…and I told him to stop and I was calling 911,” he said.
Trayvon Martin was in a hoodie; Zimmerman was in red.
The witness only wanted to be identified as “John,” and didn’t not want to be shown on camera.
His statements to police were instrumental, because police backed up Zimmerman’s claims, saying those screams on the 911 call are those of Zimmerman.
Okay...I’ve seen several referencces to previous photos posted and when I go back to those posts, they’ve been removed. What’s up with that? Saw a photo earlier this morning, a side-by-side, that was supposed to be this Trayvon kid. Haven’t seen it since. Anybody have an explanation? Thanks.

Judgments on this case are so difficult because most of the facts we have access to are either incomplete or massaged (read “distorted”) by the MSM and the usual race-hustlers.
But one interesting feature is an aspect of the case that seems to have been lifted almost directly from Tom Wolfe’s “Bonfire of the Vanities” - the evolving characterization of the fellow who ended up dead.
From a synopsis of the novel, if any reader has forgotten (or never read it):
“The heart of the story unfolds when Sherman picks Maria up from JFK airport, takes a wrong exit into “Fort Apache” Bronx instead of Manhattan, and ventures through the borough that proves to be his heart of darkness. When he confronts a ramp cluttered with debris, he exits the car to clear it, only to find two African-American youths approaching him. Assuming they have designs to rob him, he throws some of the junk at them. Maria, now in the driver seat, backs up, hits one of the youths, and flees with Sherman. . .
“McCoy then begins the nervous process of reading though the papers, specifically the fictitious NEW YORK CITY LIGHT, a paper that looks to be a cross of the NEWS and POST, for a report of a hit and run in the Bronx. Soon the paper delivers on his fears as a Jimmy Breslin-like reporter, Peter Fallow, accounts the story of how a Henry Lamb, a high school senior in the Bronx, was unconscious with a coma in a hospital. This may very well turn out to be “Duke lacrosse rape part II.”
