Try reading FR threads, there is a witness that saw the whole thing, his first name is John and he doesn't want his last name released. They have had his testimony from the first night but the MSM is just now reporting on it as if it is new testimony. Zimmerman was being beaten by the kid and yelling for help, so says the witness. There is a 911 tape released that has Zimmerman yelling for help, just as the witness says, also a 911 tape that has Zimmerman saying he is headed back to his truck. Want sources?

Do what I did, keep an open mind and research FR threads for info.

Way to many FReepers are buying into the MSM and lefty meme that this kid was shot out of hand.

Let's assume that Zimmerman asked the kid what he was doing in the area or made several smart remarks to the kid, we will never know, but just say he did. Did that give Martin the right to jump on Zimmerman and try beating him to a pulp? Nope, Zimmerman had every right to shoot the kid after he started pounding on Zimmerman.

The cops think so, which is why he hasn't been charged yet.

Nope. John just said that he saw Zimmerman losing the fight. Not how the fight started.

All the released documents are out there to be read. I read them.

If you read an actual transcript of anyone's statement that says they witnessed Martin attack Zimmerman then please post it.

Nope, the police stated that there was not enough evidence to get an indictment...not that they believed that Martin attacked Zimmerman. There's a big difference....just ask OJ.
