I’ve had it in my head that, should Obama lose the November election, he will attempt to seize power and rule as a dictator. Then again, I think the cleaners shrunk my tin foil hat. It’s pressing on my brain.

That would definitely cause an uprising - I'd guess he's trying to hold Israel off until it's close to election time, so when they hit Iran, it will be the "emergency" he needs to exercise these un-Constitutional powers.
