In this case of David vs. Goliath, Goliath wins. An undocumented immigrant from Mexico sues Bank of America after he's nearly deported when his bank manager turns him over to authorities. Lawyers for Luis Martinez ask: Do you want your banker acting as a de facto immigration agent?

Meanwhile, Martinez was actually guileless enough to use the same fake Social Security card he had used for years – the one in his name. The U.S. Supreme Court and other courts have ruled recently that such use of Social Security cards is not a crime or identity theft. This sure sounds like a crime to me. They would also lie on I-9 tax form as well. I guess this is no longer a crime either.

It is every American citizens responsibility to protect the constitution of the U.S.

If I had knowledge that someone was not who they say they are and possibly committing fraud....well? Knowing and not reporting I believe is a crime in of itself.

Let's say for example, I had evidence that the president was not who he says he is...you know, hypothetically.

This persons SS# doesn't match up, immigration documents missing, birth documents appear forged, selective service docs appear forged, evidence he was attending school in a muzzie country listed as a muzzie and had traveled there using something other than an American passport....should I not alert the authorities if this person was committing a possible fraud? or forgery? or perhaps federal/state perjury?

Actually, the Immigration Reform and Control Act [IRCA] of 1986 mandates that BoA do exactly what it did ...

A potential employer is required to ask for specific documentation from a prospective employee as evidence of the right to work in the United States.

Once established [in good faith by the employer] , the person can be hired ...

HOWEVER, if the employer subsequently finds that the employee IS NOT entitled to work in the United States - the employer is required to notify the authorities ...

What the authorities do after that is NOT the employer's [in this case, BoA] business ...

In the immigration reform bill McCain, Kennedy, Lindsey Graham and Bush attempted to shove down our throats, buried deep within the legal jargon was lil ditty that angered the crap outta me.

When the illegals were made legal, a period of time (I think a year it was) would go by and the newly legal person would then be eligible to file the “Earned Income Tax Credit” if their income fell under xyz.

This would allow them to receive up to $4k income tax return without having paid one single penny in taxes to the treasury.

Furthermore, they'd be eligible to apply to bring up to four of their family members into this country.....and the cycle continues.

I HATE liberalism! I've worked my tail off all my life and still look at retirement as a fading dream.

How did we get this broken as a nation in such a relatively short period.
