Ya see it over and over and over...Some white guy or someone gets murdered or nearly beat to death, and many times the suspect/suspects will say, "Ya but he used the n word or racial slur".
This is all just an excuse to get away with murder or minimize punishment, and the stinking government plays right along with this insanity.
