On Monday the Supreme Court begins three days of oral arguments concerning possible -- actually, probable and various -- constitutional infirmities in Obamacare. The justices have received many amicus briefs, one of which merits special attention because of the elegant scholarship and logic with which it addresses an issue that has not been as central to the debate as it should be.

With that said, these three items are inextricably linked via their destruction reduction in Contract Law:
1.) Obamacare and all the Contracts broken (Student Insurance, MSA's HSA's made illegal for example).
2.) The GM Bailout, and how Bankruptcy Law and the orderly devolution of an enterprise was thrown out on it's butt.
3.) And now the Catholic Church having their Medical Contracts Over-ridden as well well as their conscious.
How are not a quasi-totalitarian State with out Contracts and Men and Women of good will to uphold them? How are we not in a State of Liberty when Fedzilla forces all their version of a Contract?
Tell me where I am wrong here...
One thing I don’t understand is why the Feds don’t use the Medicare Law as “precedent” or whatever the correct legal term is. Once I turn 65 this summer, Medicare is my only choice for primary coverage (which is enraging). Congress saw to it in 1965 when Medicare was passed that Seniors weren’t given the choice to opt out. But the times were much different then and most old folks didn’t have insurance like Medicare offered, so they were enthusiastic supporters.
We now have a whole class of citizens who have been discriminated against because of their age by not allowing them equal protection under the law (free access to whatever insurance product they want to buy) - they’re corralled into something that they may not want - it’s not right — but if it is legal, then it’s legal to screw all ages. Right????
Medicare is beyond broke - a true life case of what Obamacare will bring exponentially. Rationing and giving much less than what folks have expected heretofore are the least of it. You can see already in Europe the euthanasia advocates are getting more power each day. Old people are afraid to go to the emergency room.
None of this is necessary here in America. We have given up too much of our freedom already. Ger the government and employers out of health care insurance NOW!
This is brilliant, except they will arm-wrestle enough ‘votes’ to rule obozocare constitutional - Kagan and Sotomayer are 2 sure votes for obozocare. The obozo thugs will add just enough to get by!

we don’t have to sign up for Medicare..however, we lose SS benefits and the the penalties are harsh if we decide to enroll later. . and we can withdraw after being accepted but we’ll have to repay any benefits paid on our behalf.

The major problem with THE NINE SUPREMES is that they are chosen for political reasons by the POTUS, and then they vote as an un-accountable democracy, for a Nation that is NOT a Democracy, but a REPUBLIC.
As a result, THE NINE SUPREMES commonly vote 5 to 4 on most issues. Constitutionality is seldom a consideration, and their up-coming ruling on Obama”care” will prove my point.
Now is the time to stand and deliver to address our grievances to the dictates of the Left.

Our ONLY chance to ABOLISH Obama”care” rests with THE NINE SUPREMES, because Romney will be defeated by Obama.
IMHO, if Romney is anointed as the RNC Nominee, THE main issue in the National Election, Obama”care,” will be taken off the campaign table. Hence, Romney will not only lose, but suffer another crushing, and sadly typical, RINO defeat.
To those who want poster ideas, here are a few ideas for demonstration posters:
Obama”care” was robo-signed by Congress, and is therefore illegal.
Obama”care” was 2700 pages long, and is still being written, but not by Congress: witness the forced contraception coverage recently added by HHS Regulators.
Obama”care” has caused “The Catholic Spring.”
Obama”care” reduces competition, and therefore is illegal by the 1890 Sherman Anti-Trust Law.
Obama”care” is designed to be a US Federal Government monopoly, with no competition.
Obama”care” also is illegal according to the US Constitution, because it violates our freedom of choice.
Will THE NINE SUPREMES notice any of these three violations? I seriously doubt it.
Impeached Bill Clinton proved that the US President is above US Federal Law, so anything that the President wants he gets, regardless of the Federal Laws that he has violated.

I have no opinion either for or against ObamaCare, because I don't know that much about it, but I don't trust anything that Obama is involved with.
(NOTE: I believe that Obama is a liar and a fraud, and I fully support the Arizona sheriff's recent investigation concerning Obama.)
But from the few talk shows that I have watched this Sunday, it looks to me that the majority of the Justices will say that ObamaCare is legal, because it looks like ObamaCare has 4 solid Justice votes for it on one side, and so it will only need one vote from the other side to make it legal.
Maybe all we can do is pray that after the elections in Nov. 2012, Congress can do something about stopping ObamaCare if the Justices say that it is legal, which seems more likely with each passing day.
