Hey Obama, yes in order to “force someone to buy health insurance you must have a stiff penalty” is correct. In fact, every law or regulation can only be enforced via government guns.
If you want to mandate that I purchase health insurance, you must be willing to send government guns to shoot me dead when I refuse to make that purchase.
