A Berkeley hills homeowner asked for police to respond quickly to deal with an intruder on his property about 15 minutes before the stranger allegedly bludgeoned him to death with a ceramic pot, according to records released Monday.

If Peter Cukor had a Glock
He probably wouldn’t have been focked
Can we put this murder in the Occupy Movement
column?
Well, THAT certainly proves all sorts of points..........
When seconds count, the cops are still minutes away.........
Bet he supported the Black Panthers in his younger day.
I don’t dial 911 anymore unless it’s a medical emergency.
That’s why I have a shotgun waiting for Tyrone, Juan or Mike! I will not comply!
Isn’t Berkeley where the mayor gave Occupy an engraved initation to come on down?
Another one of ‘what could be barry’s son’. Maybe he’ll visit him in prison and bring him some peas.
If Peter Cukor had a .44
His would-be attacker, would be no more.
Roger Gresse, an elderly man, from Zanesville, OH, was going up to bed, when his wife told him that he'd left the light on in the garden shed. Roger opened the back door to go turn off the light, but saw that there were people in the shed stealing things.
He phoned the police, who asked, "Is someone in your house?" He said "No," but some people are breaking into my garden shed and stealing from me."
Then the police dispatcher said. "All patrols are busy. You should lock your doors and an officer will be along when one is available."
Roger said, "Okay."
He hung up the phone and counted to 30.
Then he phoned the police again.
"Hello, I just called you a few seconds ago because there were people stealing things from my shed. Well, you don't have to worry about them now because I just shot them," and he hung up.
Within five minutes, six police cars, a SWAT team, a helicopter, two fire trucks, a paramedic, and an ambulance showed up at the Gresse residence, and caught the burglars red-handed.
One of the policemen said to Roger, "I thought you said that you'd shot them!"
Roger said, "I thought you said there was nobody available!"
This is the third story tonight at FR about a black killing a white in the most horrific manners. The Deis case - Pittsburgh; the old Colin Ferguson NY subway killing of 6 whites; the MSU case of a white student shot by possibly three black intruders, and now this one.
Apparently Eric Holder is not interested.
I like it.
