You posted Obama carrying a monkey wrench then told another poster that you didn't notice what you had done.
I know exactly what I did. I even posted what I did...
Just looked at using the right tool for the job.
I even posted a pic of the right tool that is used.
A monkey wrench (it's actually called a pipe wrench) is only used for small bore screw pipe (usually under 4") and fittings.
So, basically, you're calling me a racist?
You make me laugh.
You are implying racism because someone shows Obama with a pipe (monkey) wrench.
Yet your tag line says Romney is a “whiter shade of fail”.
I am sensing a bit of hypocrisy.
Nope, that happened in post #24 by Fresh Wind. I just thought it was very funny.
It really is as simple as that.

Gosh, I didn't mean to start anything, and I didn't accuse anyone of racism, least of all philman_36, who repeated the cartoon that I originally posted (as post #4), and quite correctly pointed out that the artist of the cartoon showed Obama carrying the wrong tool for the job.
And that was on the mark because Obama ALWAYS seems to use the wrong tool for whatever job he is working on.
My racism comment was only in jest, and was intended only to mock those people who seem to be able to find racism where it doesn't exist (such as a black man with a monkey wrench).
And that was on the mark because Obama ALWAYS seems to use the wrong tool for whatever job he is working on.
Hear, hear!
Aside - The poor cartoonist probably didn't even realize that he drew in the wrong tool either. He's probably never even done any manual labor on that scale much less seen 2" or larger nut as is typical on pipe that size.
And to make matters worse, a blind flange would be used, not a cap...
