There is a lot of oil in Alberta, the Mackenzie delta and Alaska that has to come to market

Why would you expect any Alaska oil to come this route?

I believe Governor Palin negotiated a gas pipeline along this route. There has been talk in Canada for years of building an energy corridor along the Mackenzie to tap the gas and oil in the delta. It is a natural, just like the Keystone.
