Holder has not said squat about Black vigilantes or being better than “acting white” (lynch mob tactics) (probably his thoughts), he gets the stories from every paper with any mention of government action, Every Bureau in the US government receives all news articles with any mention of government actions pertinent to them in a daily briefing packet. I have seen the packet for the BOP(Prisons) and it contains a copy of every news article from every paper with a mention of inmates or corrections. Holder may say he doesn't know but its only because he doesn't bother to do his job.
