Oh I have found what has been going on in "our" government quite chilling now for quite some time. Hence, my tagline - the part "America ... Where are you now?" It is the refrain from an Anti-Vietnam song by Steffenwolf from back in the 60's. It strange how the lyrics can also apply for those of us on the right. If you are interested the name of the song is "Monster" if you care to look it up on the net.

The sad part, from my perspective, is that I hold little if any hope we can get back our Constitutional Republic.

Thanks for the find and posting it once again and God Bless you and yours.

I checked out the lyrics, and these words jumped out at me:

"The spirit was freedom and justice

And its keepers seemed generous and kind

Its leaders were supposed to serve the country

But now they won't pay it no mind

Cause the people grew fat and got lazy

Now their vote is a meaningless joke

They babble about law and order

But it's all just an echo of what they've been told"

Jonathan Kay grew up in East Germany, so he probably had a pretty good idea what he saw happening to the US.
