I have heard of this and feel for your wife.
I am suffering similarly after taking care of a friend who went through dementia for years before passing.
Been three months and I still cannot get back into a proper sleep schedule.
Was dog tired all weekend from not sleeping and finally got some rest Monday morn.
Just takes time and everyone is different.
Hopefully your wife will be better soon.
Thanks, been 4 years and still requires medication that keeps her from flying. Pretty serious issue that just whacked us with out any warning. Plus side is she is a stay at home mom homeschooling with our 2 boys, so actually it has worked out well so far
