I received an email 2 weeks ago with this video clip. It was stated in the email this happened on I-80 between Sacramento and Reno around Donner summit

i didnt see a barrier between apposing traffic lanes - not many highways left in that area without some barrier function.

Never seen a vehicle disintegrate like that.
