President’s illegal uncle surrenders license for 45 days

Onyango Obama — the president’s illegal alien half uncle — admitted to sufficient facts today in his drunken driving bust and his case is being continued without a finding for one year — but he must surrender his license.

Obama, 67, was ordered to give up his license for 45 days, effective today, a Framingham District Court judge ruled. He left court without speaking to the press.

Obama had been waging an aggressive legal battle against Framingham cops ever since he was pulled over Aug. 24 for driving erratically and blowing 0.14 on a Breathalyzer. But his attorney today said it was time to move on.

“After a thorough review, we felt it was in his interests to end the matter without any further proceedings. He’s glad to have this behind him,” said Obama’s attorney P. Scott Bratton.

[snip] When he was arrested by Framingham police, he suggested his first call should be to the White House.

As for Obama’s illegal alien status, his attorney added the deportation proceedings were due to his failure to “renew immigration paperwork.” Bratton said he expects that to be resolved, but he did not elaborate.

In this country illegally and driving drunk. This was not the first time he has driven drunk. License suspended for a whole 45 days.

This nonsense makes me sick. If you or I were arrested for driving drunk and almost hitting a police car we would get a much more serious sentence.

If he drives drunk and kills somebody what do you think will happen then?

Turned in his DL but kept the voter registration that comes with getting the license.

We are doomed.

"License suspended for a whole 45 days."

Since he's an illegal alien, was the license he had legal? Didn't he also have an illegal social security card?

Funny. The usual protocol is 90 days on the spot, another 90 days minimum when convicted (and there is no defense), and another year of restricted use.

Of course, if you are an illegal alien, you used to be deported.

Didn’t nobama’s puerported kenyan father die from a drunk driving accident with him (nobama’s purported father) being the drunk?

“When he was arrested by Framingham police, he suggested his first call should be to the White House.”

F’n outrage.

In Mass, there is a 1 year MINIMUM suspension for first time drunk driving. 3 months if you can prove you absolutely require it for work.

In PA, kids get 90 days for underage drinking without even driving.

O’s deadbeat illegal uncle drove dangerously and blew almost twice the MA limit (0.08), 3 times the NY limit (0.05). He doesn't get convicted and gets suspended for 45 days. I'm so sick of this s***. We are far from a nation of laws. Every day feels more like I'm back in the USSR.

Yep, BHO comes from some fine stock, doesn’t he? /s

And let’s not forget about his aunt who’s been here illegally so many years - did she ever (finally) get deported?

Well, BHO’s father did - he lost both legs in that wreck and later got killed in yet another of his many DUI “mishaps” - link below - scroll down to the comments:
