I am not saying this article shown wasn't a hate crime, but where are the stories where a black kills a white man and doesn't get arrested claiming it was self defense.

When were they arrested? I've followed this story closely and from what I've seen they still don't know who did this to the 13-year-old white kid. The authorities also don't appear to be all that interested in finding out.

If you have something that shows these feral black scum were arrested, I'd appreciate a link to the story.

By the way, when someone is getting pummeled in the face, and is having his head bashed into the sidewalk, should he be allowed to stop the aggressor before the aggressor spills his brains all over the ground...even if the aggressor is a young black choir boy?
