Something that should be carefully noted and hopefully remembered, concerns the use of agents provocateurs. Using English it would be provacators. Two men, one Murray and another Haug were "embedded" with the Hutaree. One got $31,000, I wonder how he spent it?

More to the point, is that some persons may foolishly listen to a plant and go along with some potentially criminal enterprise. If the provocator was not there, they may not have thought of what the agent suggested. Mention is of Soviet Russia. It was in Russia that the tactic of provocation was widely used pre communism.
