Yep. A question I ask on other sites is, “why have the police not arrested Zim? I would think they have enough evidence to at least hold him (or do they?), and it would appear to be the expedient thing to do.”
I come up with three possible reasons:
1. The evidence is simply not there.
2. The ghost of George Wallace is running this.
3. The Hispanic vote.
Funny that nobody is really talking about number three.
not arrested him because he operated with in our laws, our FL laws which many do not understand.
There is nothing to be charged with, evidence supports the factors, witnesses state what they saw and now we have left wing groups signing onto local channels and local papers and pretending to be the average joe who is horrified.
I hope all of us have put the real facts and photos on our FB’s and gone to the local news channels and called them out for their bias in this and ask them if they are wanting a race war because right now they are causing a lot of trouble that they will regret it.
This site just shows how some of them think this is funny, or asking for a riot or just cannot understand basic facts of the laws
From what I understand the prosecutor thought they wouldn’t get a conviction; they had no reason to believe that this was anything other than a justified shooting. I didn’t know what to think at first, but it appears more likely with each passing day that this will be the case.
