"That’s better, right?"

I assume that is sarcasm since of course it would not be better.

But I agree with you that any vote not going to a GOP candidate is a vote that was never cast against BHO, so therefore those staying home and refusing to vote in effect are allowing BHO to be reelected. Just like they allowed him to ascend to his throne in 2008 by refusing to vote for McCain.

Makes not one whit of sense to me. If Romney ultimately becomes the GOP candidate (which I pray he does not), I will hold my nose and vote for him, just like I did McCain.

Why would I do that? Yes, I am well aware that Romney is a RINO, but I would rather have a RINO that can be controlled by the GOP (even if we only keep the House), than have a full-blown, unapologetic 100% Marxist remain in office so that he can finish what he started.

McCain was not my preferred candidate in 2008. Romney is by no means my preferred candidate this go-round. But there is no such thing as the "perfect" conservative candidate because we all have faults, so it makes no sense to pull the "principles" card and just pout at home on election day.

My point is to at least put someone in office with an (R) next to their name that We the People can keep reined in. We apparently can't rein in BHO.

My point exactly.

But so many are blinded by their rage, and hate for Romney, that they can’t see the long view.
