I think he will have to buy the home at a minimum, there is no way that couple will ever feel comfortable living there again, and, likely the house won’t sell either with the history it now has.

Its a slam dunk case, there is much damage done to property and people, and a shark law firm which stands to make a lot of money on the case is represting the homeowners. Lee is in deep doo doo and he knows it, he will be lucky to keep the shirt on his back.

Mark my words. Even if they sue and win, their settlement won’t even approach a million dollars. The naivete on this thread is epic indeed.
