Some gangsta wannabe looking to make his chops and earn some street cred will try to take Zimmerman or someone else out at some point in time. Meanwhile our Nobel Peace Prize winning president does nothing to calm anyone. On the contrary, he fans the flames.

I wouldn’t write her off too quick there. She just may be the one to put a stop to this whole mess. If she says “No, no charges will be filed” then that’s it. That’s it for the state of Florida anyway. The FedMob could try to trump up some federal charges but that would look very weak and political and would fly right back onto 0bama.

I am confident that if she does not charge him she will immediately release every single bit of evidence - document, video, photo, scientific tests, statements, maps, autopsy results - which will create a title wave of public digestion and in the end will reveal the real deal. Then Holder and Co. may chance it but if the evidence is overwhelming then he might deem it then a detriment for Obama.

You got that right. She’s going to have to justify her decision one way or the other. Especially so when it runs against the popular misconception created by the race baiters and amplified by a belligerent press.

"The reason she says she won’t need a grand jury is she has little evidence to present to them even though the standards of proof are low. Dead men don’t testify. Grand juries are anonymous and thus are insulated from being castigated by the public if they do not indict. She does not want the embarrassment of a no bill and therefore she will move the prosecution ahead on her own."

You know what would be interesting, would be for someone like Hannity to assemble a GJ of Sanford citizens and see if they would return a due bill...

:: I think the fix is in. ::

Since he is not under arrest, I think Mr. Zimmerman should take a quiet vacation in his mother’s homeland.

I said this in another thread. The race hustlers have whipped their mob into a fever pitch. They will demand, and get, a sacrifice to keep from rioting. Even if he is cleared locally you can bet Holder’s racist DOJ is already planning their case against him. If Zimmerman doesn’t spend the rest of his life in prison he will be financially ruined. With the full weight of the DOJ coming down on Zimmerman a prison sentence is likely. If I were him and still had relatives in Peru I’d be getting out of Dodge too.

What if he has a jury trial and the jury acquits him? Will there be riots as there were in L.A. after the Rodney King police trial? Will the Federal Government turn around and re-try Zimmerman on Federal charges? They would have to. I see no good outcome here, sadly.

Does she look like she would be intimidated by some half-witted thug like Shabazz? When was the last time the NBPs did anything besides shoot their mouths off?

I sure hope she would release all of that and I think she would too because that is what would back her up and take all the steam out of the riot-mongers.
