In my opinion, anyone or any agency that knowingly hides the truth is complicit and should be tried and convicted and sent to prison. Do we have enough prison cells? The stench from this will reach every state in the Union.
Would the words Treason and Traitors be applicable? Comments anyone? IMO, these spineless, gutless vermin mock all those lying in Arlington and elsewhere who sacrificed to keep this nation free. Is there anyone or anything lower in your opinion than those complicit in this cover up? The utter silence out of the US Congress smells as well, IMO.

I had a strange dream years ago when G.W. Bush was president that he would be the last 'real' president America would have. If our nation falls, these people you've mentioned will have played a part along with others.
