Yes giving up 240K food and suddenly ramping up warplane sorties, burning too much of precious little jet fuel. Either there is no controlling authorities or they are prepping for something we don't want to think about. 2012 is supposed to be the year of “Powerful and Prosperous Nation.” There is nothing prosperous to show for. They may feel that they should at least take care of “Powerful” part.
