Obama foments racial division - President inflames emotions to mobilize black voters

Trayvon Martin has been tragically killed. The black Florida teen was shot by a neighborhood watch volunteer, George Zimmerman, in the suburb of Sanford, Fla. Instead of letting justice take its course, race-baiters are exploiting Martin’s death. They are being led by President Obama. His actions have been irresponsible, fanning the flames of racial discontent and division. ....

Martin’s death has sparked national outrage, especially among civil rights leaders and the liberal media. He has become a symbol of racist injustice - a black kid killed in a gated community with a police department supposedly turning a blind eye. The Rev. Jesse Jackson says “blacks are under attack.” Louis Farrakhan vows “retaliation.” The Rev. Al Sharpton has organized massive protests, demanding Mr. Zimmerman be arrested and sent to jail. The New Black Panthers have placed a $10,000 bounty for the shooter’s capture. They issued a poster: “Wanted Dead or Alive.” This is racialist demagoguery - pure and simple.

Yet, it was Mr. Obama who turned this tragedy into a national issue. At a recent news conference, he urged Americans to engage in “soul-searching.” Moreover, Mr. Obama said, “If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon.” The president’s aides claim he was showing compassion for the victim’s family. In reality, he poured gasoline on the racialist fires. Under pressure from the Congressional Black Caucus, Mr. Obama gave them what they wanted: He put the presidential spotlight on Martin’s death - and thereby bolstered the burgeoning protests.

Mr. Obama’s comments were shameful. No one can know what his “son would look like.” The statement was meant as a sign of race solidarity; Martin was black, and so by extension, Mr. Obama shares the victim’s racial identity.

Between now and the election, 0bama is going to create one crisis after another. He needs diversions to take the heat off his disasterous presidency.

It will backfire on him.

He will still have a 50-50 chance of winning.

FUBO!!!

“It was Mr. Obama who turned the (Trayvon) tragedy into a national issue.” and “Mr. Obamas comments were shameful.”

My prediction... “Mr. Obama will soon be a thing of the past.”

AMEN

Every single article about this shooting in the MSM seems to have ‘tragic’ in the first sentence. We don’t know if it was ‘tragic’.

Now this was certainly tragic: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2117695/Brutal-home-invasion-Oklahoma-couple-ends-65-year-romance-meeting-blind-date.html

(the most extensive coverage I could find was in a UK paper!)

Obama’s call out to black racism got a white child nearly killed in Seattle. We should be keeping track of all the black racist hits on whites that are occuring as a result of this little race tamptrum by dear reader and his communist pals. It is not cute. He is inciting lynchings.

This and if the SC rules obamacare unconstitutional and we have all combustion necessary for Greece style riots just in time for the dear leader to declare martial law and no elections in the hot, hostile environment. Perfect!

Hammer - meet nail.

This has been nothing but a cold blooded orchestration of a tragedy to rally Obama's voter base.

The base has been found to be disappointed and apathetic in regards to the upcoming election. Something was needed to fire the emotions.

They are soulless ghouls and do not care what the consequences are of their incitement as long as they are re-elected as a result.

I was just about to comment on the same thing! Seems to me that “tragic” is the buzzword du jour to try and shield the journalist and/or paper from attacks of racism. Because, dontcha know, the only possible responses are “that’s tragic” or “that colored boy had it coming.”

When the Balkanization of America finally happens, well, let's just say a lot of people are writing checks their butts can't cash.

So, if I were to say, “That murderer needs to be tried, convicted, and executed post haste,” that would be racist?

Screw it. I’m tired of this crap. However, I think the poster above was correct in suspecting that all this might be designed to provoke a response.

Yes Obama needs diversions to keep people distracted from looking at his completely disasterous record. And yet our hope is to hope liberals like him do what they do best.... be themselves.

As they conduct polling data that stimulutes their self-deception, they will continue to keep finding what they think are political opportunities that only they care about, which will prove to sensible people (if they are not all extinct) as petty, and have nothing to do with getting people back to work, creating jobs, or lowering costs to encourage economic growth.

They are in power, but are once again returning to being the lunatic fringe they were under Bush. Now who wants 4 more years of that, coupled with a president who will have nothing to lose if he is re-elected?

The only way to puncture a delusion is to come to grips with reality, fear it, and from that fear, work to make it more beneficial for every individual and their families. That would certainly be a stark contrast from what is going on now where someone with charasmatic speaking abilities can talk people out of reality, speak to them in the realm of their imagination, and from those imaginations get them engaged, while reality itself continues to disitegrate into nothing but further complications at his hand.

Obama is rather quick when he resorts to public lynchings, of white people.

As I understand it, Mr. Zimmerman is a registered democrat. So, I'd say he voted for Obama and all the rats in Florida he could. This is something the dems should have pointed out to them. They're going after their own.

If I were 0bama, I wouldn’t have done it. By default, 90% of Blacks will vote for him. But if he ignites racially-induced riots, and the country split like during the Rodney King or OJ time, he’s risking losing the independents and some white Democrats.

I’ve been thinking the same thing. Even if it doesn’t come to that, his henchmen including the MSM will look pretty silly hurling insults about the ‘divisiveness’ of the right after such inflammatory rhetoric. Plus, surely at least a few undecided voters will be able to see the race baiting for what it is and get turned off by it.

He got involved before the recent thug pictures of Martin and the real story came out including Zimmerman's hispanic ethnicity. When they did he'd already stepped in it. If Mr. Zimmerman looks anything like his brother (who said they look very much alike) any trial will not only turn whites against Obama but scores of Hispanics.

The victim here is Zimmerman, all the way.

Obama acted stupidly. And, from what I can tell, Obama acted with malice aforethought. Race-baiter in chief.
