Why, in America, almost 150 years after slavery, is African-American life not valued at the same level as their white counterpart?

Look how you treat each other in the black community. If you don't treat yourselves or those who share the same color skin with respect, how the hell do you expect anyone else to give you respect?

Yes, why do they continue to kill one another?

Back in the late 80’s the early evening news showed another body of a young black teen shot and killed by another young black teen. (many were 13 to 15 years old).

One of the news reporters stated:” There is no answer to it, no solution!”

Suddenly it hit me, we had just read that morning;”By mercy and truth iniquity is purged, and by the fear of the LORD men depart from evil.”(proverbs 16:6)

In our teaching I found these children had been taught nothing about the LORD, they had the mind set; when you are dead, you are dead, and that is all there is to it.”

To me that is fatalism and dispair, there is no hope to a generation that all people have no hope and life in the Saviour, Jesus Christ, whom God sent, not to condemn, but to save. (John 3:17)
