France barred four Islamic preachers from entering the country on Thursday after banning prominent preacher Sheikh Youssef al-Qaradawi and another Egyptian cleric who wanted to attend a Muslim conference in Paris.
Foreign Minister Alain Juppe and Interior Minister Claude Gueant said in a joint statement the four preachers "call for hate and violence ... and, in the current context, present a strong risk of upsetting public order".
President Nicolas Sarkozy, who ordered a crackdown on radical Islamists after the Toulouse killings by an al Qaeda-inspired gunman last week, said on Monday that Qaradawi and Mahmoud al-Masri were not welcome in France.

If they get around to baring the remaining 999,999,996 Muslims in the world (who are just as contemptuous towards their society as these 4 imams), then they might just begin to have a chance to clean up their mess.
If the French and Sarkozy had half a brain, they would be deporting Imams and closing mosques in the name of national security.

The French should have a reciprocating foreign policy. Whatever the Egyptian policy is to Christians will be the French policy to Muslims. That would only be fair, right?

Exactly, people should read about the Charles Martel and Battle of Tours before they call French people cowards. Were it not for the tough Franks, Europe would have been Muslim hundreds of years ago.
